The Customer Success Representative is responsible for delivering world class support to our customer base. The candidate must have a can do attitude with excellent organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations/Account Management or position interacting with business clients by phone and email, has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly Desired Skills & Experience: Marketing Automation industry knowledge, experience working with, software, SaaS models and cloud based applications, BA/BS or equivalent experience and knowledge, fluency with Microsoft’s suite of tools (especially excel). Work remotely in any country as an independent contractor. Expected to work 8 hrs per day between 7AM -6PM PST. You will use a help desk too to respond to open tickets and solve customer issues.
